As with all hair elastics, this premium elastic will stretch to suit your
needs. If however, your Black Tie is stretched to the breaking point within
30 days of purchase, please return all materials with receipt to Bloom
Jewelry and we will be happy to replace your item.
If your purchase was made through one of our wholesale accounts, we
encourage you to send your black tie directly to us, along with your
original receipt.
